Shipping Information

How long after payment will I receive my order?

You will receive an email with tracking details once an order is dispatched. For pre-packaged flooring kits with no customisation this can be within 24-48 hours depending on stock availability. For custom orders please speak to our sales team for advice. 

What type of shipping options exist?

Standard Shipping - We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events or over holiday periods.
If you need to receive your flooring by a specific date, please contact us and we’ll help with selecting the right shipping method to ensure there are no delays.

Expedited Shipping  Snaplock and Racedeck Orders must be received by 10am AEST to allow adequate processing time for same day shipping (subject to availability). Shipping normally takes 1-7 Working Days depending on location. 

Canberra , Sydney , Adelaide 1-2 Working Days

Brisbane , Gold Coast , Townsville 2-4 Working Days

Hobart 4-5 Working Days

Perth 5-7 Working days

Darwin 7-10 Working Days

Is delivery included in the total price or calculated separately?

Delivery charges are applied based on your location and will be calculated at the time of the order and specified on your invoice.

Does Exhibit deliver Australia-wide and internationally?

We deliver to all non-PO Box addresses in

Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle  & Regional NSW - Canberra, ACT - Melbourne & Regional Victoria - Brisbane & Regional Queensland - Adelaide & Regional South Australia - Perth & Regional Western Australia - Hobart & Regional Tasmania - Darwin and Regional Northern Territory

No international shipping is available at this stage

Do I need to be at the delivery address when my order is delivered?

Yes, due to the size of the delivery we need someone available to accept the delivery or a re-delivery charge may be issued depending on the location.

Why do you ask if I have forklift access when finalising my order?

Confirmation of forklift access on site lets us calculate and communicate to the courier the appropriate delivery method and apply the correct delivery charges to your order

How can I track my order?

Do you deliver on a pallet or individual parcels?

It depends on the order and Exhibit Flooring will recommend the best option based on your individual needs.

My order has arrived and the stock is damaged – what do I do?

Please refer to our returns policy.  

Who does Exhibit Flooring use for shipping?

We use a combination of Australia Post, TNT Express and Fastway Couriers in order to best meet your delivery needs.
